It involves releasing limiting beliefs and embracing growth opportunities to become the fullest version of yourself. The one that God knew according to Jeremiah 1:5 ” Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you. I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”

•Psychological Integration: We draw from the word of God for the foundation of our identity, that says ” let this mind be in you that was also in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 2:5 The transformation of the mind, body and spirit come from reading God’s word. Reading and listening to His word, changes your thinking, which thus changes your behavior which is done through a decision to yield and work with the Spirit of God. ” So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.”Romans 10:17 The spirit of God is real. When you walk in obedience the encounters and ways He will lead and guide you are endless. .

•Engaging in reflective exercises focusing on personal purpose, core values, and dreams independent from social roles.

•Embracing vulnerabilities and emotional truths to build self-esteem and healthier relationships.

•Using techniques like breath work, meditation, journaling, or therapy to connect with and heal .

This is not license to sin, as holiness is a command. Its a call to walk in integrity and hold yourself accountable before your Creator and experience Gods power and freedom in your life, because you chose to be in agreement with His ways.
